Hi, I’m David Olson, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Human Movement Specialist (HMS), and NeuroKinetic Therapist (NKT) with over a decade in exercise science. I’m here to help you breathe and move efficiently so you can enjoy a balanced, pain- and injury-free quality of life.

The Basic Human Movement program started locally at our YMCA, growing from personalized workouts for my clients into an approach that empowers people to create their own routines. We focus on natural movement patterns combined with strength, conditioning, and cardio—a truly complete fitness package.
