How to Request a Refund From Apple

Helpful Tips
- Payments can take up to 24 hours to fully register with Apple. Refund requests cannot be initiated until the payment is complete.
- Timing matters! For the best results, request a refund soon after the transaction has fully processed.
- Apple typically takes 2-3 business days to process refund requests once submitted.
- As much as we’d like to help, BHM has no control over Apple’s processing times or decisions.
